An active change is any change not completed, cancelled or rejected. An active engagement is a client workspace your practice currently has active access to. Example changes and handed-over workspaces never count.

Every band includes an AI allowance per person
Drafts cover plans, cases, risk scores, comms, training and sponsor updates. Gayle messages are the in-app adviser. Allowances reset monthly and apply to each member of the workspace.

Pricing questions
Choose a band and carry straight on. If you don't, the workspace becomes read-only — nothing is deleted or hidden, everything stays exportable (Excel included), and picking a plan restores full access instantly.
Because the point of ChangeOS is the readiness trend, and a trend needs two assessments separated by real time. The trial nudges you to take a baseline in week one and a follow-up around day 20.
Any change not completed, cancelled or rejected. The worked example never counts. Complete a change and it drops out of your band the same day; for consultancies, a handed-over workspace leaves the engagement count immediately.
Creating a new change (or client workspace) pauses until you complete one or move up a band. Everything you already have stays fully readable and editable. We never lock data over a billing state.
You keep full access for a 7-day grace period while we let your billing owner know. After that the workspace is read-only until the card is fixed — never deleted.
Drafting pauses for that person until the month resets — unless the organisation has top-up credits and the owner has allowed members to draw on them. You can also move up a band or connect your own key. Nothing else in the product is affected.
Yes, on the trial and every paid band — OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini. The key is encrypted, validated on save, and calls on it don't count against the monthly allowance or your top-up credits.
